Hi, I am writing this post in what is after being a challenging couple of days. In reflection the months of hard work developing the website, getting quotes for products and organising funding for to pay for all these essential items has lead to this point. There have been a few major issues that have come to light, over the past few days. First the website was not showing up in a Google search, which is a major hurdle for an ecommerce website. But thanks to the support from WordPress I was able to amend this issue and the Stationery Warehouse website is fully accessible to our customers through Google. I was also contacted by two customers who questioned the 15.00 delivery charge for local delivery. I thought I had fixed this issue on the website but I had made a mistake which only came to light through a customer trying to place an order. I was also able to fix this issue, it is one of the draw backs to developing your own website and all it involves, I am not a professional. But the positive was I was able to fix these issues, so onwards and upwards. I am having coffee and cake to celebrate what is our first couple of days trading.
