I am curious about space, after reading that book The Martian. It is mind blowing to try and comprehend how vast it is, is there anything else out there or how the Earth was created. I could go on.

Exercising I one of main practices I used to maintain my health and well-being. I walk, cycle and do keep fit classes and I feel the benefits of it.

Having a nice meal and a few drinks with that someone special in your life.

What works for me is meditation. I would recommend giving it a go, only takes 10 minutes out of your day.

You need a good family circle after that everything falls into place.
