What works for me is meditation. I would recommend giving it a go, only takes 10 minutes out of your day.

The Exorcist I couldn’t sleep for weeks after reading it. Lord of the rings, I love d books it’s a great story, brilliantly written. Technically that’s 4 but whose counting.

I saw Guns and Roses in Marley park Dublin last year. What a concert they rocked for over 2 hours, brilliant.
